Hope for Youth SA bloggerJan 22, 20231 min readGirls Mentorship programme kicked the year off with a hike on Paarl Mountain. The Girls Mentorship programme finally kicked off with a bang and loads of positivity. We did a hike up Paarl Mountain and ended up at the picnic site to further do our program of the day. What a walk! Mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellness was the focus of the day with so many great success stories to share. We (as a team) are so fortunate to be able to train and develop these girls to becoming the best version that God intended them to be. Negativity was burned out ( physically) and the girls were challenged to face their own mountains, to let go of any baggage they've been clinging on to. The girls where encouraged to seize every opportunity, focusing more on the blessings in life and to think outside the box. Walking blindly in life… Will you ask for help? Or will you carry on alone and look for the right path as you walk along ? Of coz without food and nutrition we couldn’t have made it, so we want to thank our sponsors and those that contributed to enable us to do these programmes for the community. If you would like to enquire more about the girls Mentorship or want to register your child between the ages of 13-18 or if you would like to volunteer and have a passion to work with the community…. Herewith our contact details. Email: admin@hopeforyouthsouthafrica.co.za Website : www.hopeforyouthsouthafrica.co.za NB!!!! The boys mentorship is this coming Saturday. Lookout for the poster on how to register ! Have a great week #hopeforyouthsa #youth#mental#physical#wellness#friends #volunteer #makingachange #charity#mentorship #mentee
